Lao Hamutuk Researcher Juvinal Dias said the high-way project would
not benefit to people as the Government had not yet made any
comparative study on the cost and social benefit to the people before
its implementation.
Diaz said the high-way project was 155 km from Suai to Beasu and said
would give negative impact on farmers' lives and their fields.
Dias added that, Timor-Leste would not get benefit from the project
and said it would only benefit the elite, therefore he recommended to
the Government to learn its capital investment.
