Bairo Pite Clinic has reported that about 42% of the children in
Timor-Leste are living in malnutrition.
The clinic also declared that, 32% of adult women in Timor-Leste are
also suffering from malnutrition.
Speaking to journalists, Doctor Daniel Murphy said every year
children and adult women continued suffering from malnutrition as
they were still living in poverty.
"In Timor people are still suffering from malnutrition as the
majority of our people are living in poverty," he said.
